Let's be honest, being a theatre professional is hard work. There are the highs and lows, the successes and the failures. There are also those times when you are super busy and those times when you are... well... not.
Finding that perfect 'between jobs' job can be hard, but The National Theatre might just have the perfect one for you! They have just announced a Recruitment Open Day which will be taking place on May 1st. You will need to book a slot though, so be sure to read the information below and get your application in before midday on Sunday (28th April). Good luck!

The National Theatre is an exciting place to work. They provide a proactive, friendly and professional welcome to millions of visitors each year and consistency and quality are their trademarks. To help them deliver outstanding service to all their visitors and drive sales to support the work of the Theatre, they are looking to hire a number of staff to join the Enterprises department for the busy summer trading period.
At this open day they are looking to hire Customer Service Assistants and Waiters to join the following outlets -
Theatre Bars and Cafes
The Understudy Bar
The Summer Pop Up Outlets
Customer Service Assistants are paid £10.55 p/hour and Waiters/Waitresses are paid £8.32 p/hour plus Tronc.
Registration closing date: Sunday 28th April 2019 at midday. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
OPEN DAY – May 1st – 09:30 – 16:00
Candidates will arrive at 10am and take part in three short team-based exercises. After lunch there will be short one on one interviews, after your interview you are free to go.
If successful, you will be required to attend induction days on May 16th & 18th.
